Guarantee
We offer a one-week guarantee on Gel and Full Set services. If a nail breaks or chips within this period, we will repair it free of charge.
Skin Reactions
We are not responsible for skin reactions. Please inform our staff of any allergies or sensitivities before receiving services.
Medical Conditions
Clients with diabetes or other medical conditions are advised to consult a physician prior to receiving services. We are not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions. Services may be refused for infections or ingrown nails. If you choose to proceed, you do so at your own risk.
Safety
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.
If you are visiting with children, we kindly ask that you supervise them at all times.
Appointments
Please provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Refunds
There are no exchanges or refunds for services provided.
Payment
Payment in full is required upon completion of services. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies or behaves in a disrespectful manner.
